Taking care of health :

 

A sound mind in a sound body is a proven adage. If we take care of our health, our mind will also be healthy, alert and active. Many successful candidates have often stated that they regularly exercised whether it was running or indulging in your favorite sport or going to the gym or practicising yoga. Find something you like to do, it isn’t necessary that you have to spend a lot of money, you can even try walking. Not only will it de-stress you but it will keep your body active as well. Diet is also an  important part of your health, ensure that you consume healthy, fresh and nutritious food and in moderate quantities. If possible avoid eating outside. Take care not to fall sick around the time of the exam it may be difficult for you to do your best in spite of the intense and thorough preparation, falling sick during the preparation time can also eat into your precious time and bring a break in your study routine.
